MARKETING & PROMOTIONS EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:
  1. Plan, design, implement and coordinate promotional activities to advertise and promote the sales of Sanook’s services by utilizing a variety of publicity methods, advertising and event management and contact strategies.
  2. Assist in providing a positive organizational image to the general public, clients and the community via press releases and articles.
  3. Manage Sanook’s loyalty and gift certificate programs and website

Requirements:

  1. At least a Professional Certificate or tertiary education in Business Studies, Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management or equivalent.
  2. Vibrant and courteous personality with good communication and interpersonal skills and a flair for the good life
  3. Results oriented and versatile
  4. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related fields
  5. Internet savvy and computer literacy


 

BISTRO SUPERVISOR

(Selangor - Kelana Jaya)


Responsibilities:
  1. Assist the Front Services Manager to direct, lead, supervise and motivate a team of service crew to achieve targeted sales and service levels and deliver superior service excellence to our customers.
  2. Day-to-day supervision of the Front Services division to implement agreed operating procedures and compliance to statutory requirements.

Requirements:

  1. Ideally a Professional Certificate or tertiary education in Business Studies, Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management or equivalent.
  2. Vibrant and courteous personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Results oriented and versatile
  4. Able to work on split shifts

  1. Act as Sanook’s Ambassadors to recommend our vast range of cuisines, liquors, wines and cigars to customers
  2. Assist the Front Services Manager to achieve targeted sales and service levels and deliver superior service excellence to our customers.
  3. Starts work at 7pm - full time or part-time employment

Requirements:

  1. Attractive and courteous personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
  2. Has a flair for the good life and good knowledge of fine dining and wining

Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain a professional and world class bistro through providing service excellence in waiting on tables and delighting our customers with warm and friendly service.

Requirements:

  2. At least one year experience in providing frontline service in a F&B environment

SOUS CHEF

Responsibilities:
  1. Assist the Head Chef in maintaining a professional and world class kitchen and food services unit through the preparation and cooking of Asian and/or Continental cuisines
  2. Dedicated in carrying out SOPs for kitchen management, cleanliness, safety and health
  3. Provide the highest level of customer service excellence.

Requirements:

  1. At least 2 years cooking experience with a wide range of Asian/Western food
  2. Great team player and has a passion for delighting customers
